Oregon Brownfield Site Clean Up & Remediation Services
Creekside has managed and successfully completed over 25 site cleanup projects that have lead to “No Further Action” determinations for our clients in pursuit of Brownfield’s redevelopment. Our work has involved assessing and decommissioning underground storage tanks (USTs) and underground injection control (UIC) units, decontamination and closure of contaminated industrial sites, and managing the removal of thousands of cubic yards of contaminated soils and dozens of underutilized buildings. Creekside completed a full-scale demolition and cleanup of a former battery site in southeast Portland, we decommissioned 16 USTs for Eastman Chemical Company in NW Portland, we managed the OKI Semiconductor facility closure and site cleanup located in Tualatin, Oregon; and we managed the cleanup of a former tannery (federal and State superfund site) in Sherwood, Oregon. These projects included collecting, documenting and reporting the results for hundreds of samples collected from facility surfaces, soil, groundwater, storm water, and solid waste management units.
