Oregon DEQ / EPA Environmental Compliance

Creekside staff has conducted dozens of comprehensive multimedia environmental audits, developed compliance programs, and prepared surveys for clients that are under regulatory scrutiny or are expecting a regulatory inspection. Following our audits, we’ve prepared environmental action plans aimed at addressing the priority issues that typically reduce risk of future penalties and fines. Additionally, we are experienced in completing plans, permits, and reports required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and state regulators (e.g., Risk Management Plans, Form R reports, RCRA Part B permits and Spill Contingency Plans, Air Pollution Control Discharge Permits, Storm Water Pollution Control Plans, etc.)

Agency Negotiation

Creekside knows the value of establishing credibility with regulators and other decision-makers. Creekside is adept at helping clients communicate project information to regulators and the community and have frequently negotiated environmental and technical issues for our clients.
