Creekside has managed and successfully completed a number of facility decontamination projects for its Northwest clients including closure of a PCB facility in Chehalis, Washington, and decontamination of a lead manufacturer in Madras, Oregon. Most recently, Creekside completed a full-scale demolition and cleanup of a former battery site in southeast Portland, and managed the OKI Semiconductor cleanup project located in Tualatin, Oregon. The OKI project included collecting, documenting and reporting the results for approximately 200 wipe samples collected from facility surfaces, and soil, storm water, and solid waste samples generated during the project to identify regulatory status and determine appropriate disposition.
