Oregon Phase I Environmental Assessment for Real Estate Transactions

Creekside’s principal is a registered environmental assessor and has a strong knowledge of current state and federal regulations, as well as procedures and policies related to conducting thorough Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments. Creekside has first-hand experience in completing dozens of property transfer assessments and remedial investigations of industrial and residential properties using financial lender protocols, ASTM methods, and state and federal protocols. We have conducted RI/FS projects and property assessments at numerous sites in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, California, and Alaska. Creekside remains current through regulatory update services and continuing education programs.
