Asbestos and Lead Based Paint Assessment & Abatement, for the City of Lake Oswego, Oregon (2009).

Creekside conducted a comprehensive asbestos survey for the City of Lake Oswego at their Central Maintenance Facility. The purpose of this project was to visit and inspect the areas of the facility to be renovated (i.e. structurally altered), and determine if asbestos-containing building materials or lead-based paint are present. The areas surveyed included portions throughout the building which are to be demolished or removed during renovation. A total of twenty-seven (27) samples were taken at the site. Creekside supervised the abatement of several areas which were determined to contain asbestos materials.
