Payment Terms & Conditions
Invoices are to be paid within 15 days of date of invoice. Interest on late payments will be charged at the rate of 1% per month. Creekside’s Federal I.D. Number is 93-1243586. Oregon General Contractor’s License (CCB #) is 150382. All Creekside subcontractor invoices are marked up 12%.
